🕒 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

✅Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. It must be in the original packaging with tags (if applicable).

3. Proof of purchase (such as order number or confirmation email) is required.

Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" are not eligible for return.

🚚 Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at service@cozibb.com with your order number and the reason for return.

Once your return is approved,

we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected,

we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • - If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • - If rejected, we’ll contact you with further details.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the one you want.

❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@cozibb.com with photos.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
